
Designing a programme
Once we have assessed you and recorded all the relevant information about your body, your goals, your unique pattern of muscle balance or imbalance and where you are now physically, we can sit down and go though the process of designing an exercise programme specifically for you.The assessment will have given us all the coordinates we need to put together an accurate map for your route to optimum health and fitness. This map is your personal training programme, which is totally tailored to you. It will guide you on your journey towards success, ensuring that you work to achieve your goals in a safe and effective way.
Your exercise plan will be presented and explained to you by your trainer. It’s very important that you also keep a copy of your programme, even if you’re exercising with your trainer during every session.
Ultimately, it’s your programme and it’s your responsibility to commit to it. Your trainer can only act as your guide. It’s you who will be on the journey – and you who will be achieving your goals if you’re dedicated to success.
