What is functional weight training?

Functional weight training and stability training are types of physical work, which improve the overall mechanical state of the body. They enable our bodies to both perform better when we are exercising and to function better throughout every other aspect of our lives.

Other training approaches often do not take human function into account. But functional weight training teaches our bodies to always operate from a better position of anatomical alignment. This means that it’s possible to correct posture and muscle balance, significantly improving our ability to function optimally as human beings.
