
Never trained before
If you have never trained before – but know that you really should – you may feel that:- You want to follow a health and fitness programme, but are not sure where to start.
- You have pain or injury, and are not sure if you can train.
- You are fed up with feeling unhealthy and know that you need to do something about it, but motivation is a big problem.
Your commitment to spending time with your personal trainer may well initially be higher than in some other scenarios. This is so that you have time to learn all that you need, and we have time to provide you with the spark of motivation to get your engines running!
We would recommend that you initially commit to two sessions per week with a trainer. This will enable us to ensure that you’re comfortable with the requirements of your personal training programme and that you’re on the right track to achieve the goals that you’ve set out.
Effective training is all about effective movement, and effective movement comes down to effective learning. In turn, effective learning comes back to great teaching and time spent effectively with that teacher!
